Hedgehog surveys - May and June, across various sites

We are working closely with Cornwall Wildlife Trust and Devon Mammal Group to deliper the PTES National Hedgehog Monitoring Programme locally. On 2nd May a tram installed 3 trail cameras at CWT’s Helman Tor reserve. A month later the cameras were collected and relocated to Hamatethy, near Camelford. Cameras will be moved on to Devon sites in July. We will be reporting the process in future years to look at changes, a new approach to understanding where our mammals are found and how they are doing in a changing world
